Qingdao Guolin Environmental Technology Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") was approved by the 30th meeting of the third Board of Directors and the first interim general meeting of shareholders in 2020 to establish Xinjiang Guolin New Materials Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Guolin New Materials"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, in Shihezi, Xinjiang Province. Recently, the company has completed the industry and commerce registration of Guolin New Materials and obtained the "Business license" issued.
Guolin New Material aims to produce the top-quality Glyoxylic Acid 99% Monohydrate and 50% water solution to global partners by international manufacturing process. Glyoxylic Acid is a highly reactive chemical intermediate, widely used in the production of agrochemicals, aromas, cosmetic ingredients, pharmaceutical intermediates and polymers. It is used as a material for methyl vanillin, ethyl vanillin and heliotropin; Used to produce allantoin and used in hair straightening products as neutralizing agent in cosmetics; Used as pharmaceutical intermediates for anti-hypertension drugs atenolol, DL-hydroxyphenylglycine, broad-spectrum antibiotics (oral) etc. The market demand on high-quality Glyoxylic Acid Monohydrate is growing rapidly all over the world and Guolin New Material capacity will be expanded to 25, 000Tons annually.
